About me

I have worked in a variety of settings including a residential facility, inpatient unit, high school guidance department, college counseling center, and community mental health center. Time and again I am reminded of the importance of the therapeutic relationship to effect meaningful change. While I utilize a variety of modalities, I have found that psychodynamic theory provides the most useful conceptual framework. Because of this, I have pursued advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
